Z1400 Zirconia Oxygen AnalyzerUse high-temperature, long-life zirconia oxygen sensors to detect the oxygen content in flue gas during all types of combustion processes. It can be used in places with sample gas temperatures up to 1750 ℃ and dew points up to 200 ℃. The sensor unit can be directly installed on the flue gas pipeline, with a pneumatic suction device continuously sucking sample gas from the flue gas. Once the analysis is completed, the sample gas carries a small amount of suction device air back into the flue. This technology does not require inserting sensors into the smoke. This not only extends the lifespan of the sensor, but also simplifies maintenance work. The corresponding electronic display module can be located up to 50 meters away from the sensor unit (or more - if a standard option is ordered). The detection results are displayed on a large LCD, and both concentration alarms and analog outputs are user programmable.

There should be no flammable substances in the sample gas. If flammable substances are present, they will consume a portion of the oxygen present when passing through the analyzer's hot zone, resulting in errors. The size of the error depends on the amount of combustible materials and oxygen present. When the ratio of combustible substances to oxygen reaches an explosive limit, a dangerous "backfire" phenomenon may occur.
